You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You must be a resident of Nigeria or Ghana.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others.
You must only submit valid, unused gift cards. Submitting fraudulent or invalid gift cards may result in account suspension.
Exchange rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to update rates at any time.
Payments are processed within 15-30 minutes after verification. In some cases, verification may take longer.
We charge a service fee which is included in the exchange rate. There are no hidden fees.
If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms.
