An Airbnb gift card pays ₦618,357 for £500 in Nigeria on 24 October 2026, and ₵5,427.24 in Ghana. That works out at ₦1,236.71 per pound, the highest rate on our pound column and the largest single payout printed anywhere in the 53 bands. The next card down, All in 1, pays ₦6,649 less for the same £500. Every figure below comes from our rates page, captured at 19:15 today.
Airbnb sits on one band, £100 to £500. The board prints ₦123,671 at the bottom and ₦618,357 at the top, with ₵1,085.45 and ₵5,427.24 on the Ghana side. There's no step up in the middle, so £1 pays the same whether your voucher reads £120 or £480.
| Face value | Naira (₦) | Cedis (₵) |
|---|---|---|
| £100 | ₦123,671.00 | ₵1,085.45 |
| £200 | ₦247,342.80 | ₵2,170.90 |
| £300 | ₦371,014.20 | ₵3,256.34 |
| £400 | ₦494,685.60 | ₵4,341.79 |
| £500 | ₦618,357.00 | ₵5,427.24 |
The £100 and £500 rows are printed on the board. The middle rows come from the top of the band: ₦618,357 ÷ 500 × 200, then the same arithmetic in cedis. A £180 or £340 voucher scales the same way, so you don't need a special quote for an odd size.
Eleven pound brands share twelve bands today, because Paysafe carries two. Airbnb leads the column, and the distance to the bottom is the widest gap on the whole board.
| Card | ₦ per £1 | ₵ per £1 |
|---|---|---|
| Airbnb | ₦1,236.71 | ₵10.85 |
| All in 1 | ₦1,223.42 | ₵10.74 |
| Steam | ₦1,210.12 | ₵10.62 |
| Love2shop | ₦1,196.82 | ₵10.50 |
| H&M | ₦1,156.93 | ₵10.15 |
| Matalan | ₦1,130.33 | ₵9.92 |
| Currys, Every-wish, Youchoosea | ₦1,063.84 | ₵9.34 |
Top to bottom reads 16.25%, and that number hasn't budged in a single snapshot since 11 October, when the pound column widened to twelve bands. Cedis tell the same story, 10.85 down to 9.34.
On a £500 voucher the choice of card is worth ₦86,437, or ₵758.64. On a £100 voucher it's ₦17,287. That difference comes from the card you hold, not the day you sell.
Timing is a much smaller lever. Airbnb's per-pound rate has stayed between ₦1,231.88 and ₦1,241.01 since 11 October. That's ₦9.13 of drift, or ₦4,564 on a £500 voucher, about 19 times narrower than the card gap.
A pound on this board isn't priced off the exchange rate. It's priced by how widely that balance can be spent after you hand it over. Airbnb credit reaches listings in every currency zone. Currys credit reaches one UK electronics chain, and the column prices it at ₦1,063.84. The narrower the destination, the lower the printed rate.
The same logic keeps the column in step. Between yesterday's 22:18 snapshot and today's 19:15 capture, all 53 bands on the board moved by 0.392%. Airbnb moved with the rest. Rates are set per column, not per card, which is why chasing a better card beats waiting for a better hour. Our rate history tracks that pattern across five weeks of snapshots.
It makes almost no difference. Five £100 vouchers fetch ₦618,355.00, while one £500 voucher fetches ₦618,357.00. Two naira separate them, which is rounding on the board, not a penalty.
Ghana lands the same way. Five £100 codes come to ₵5,427.25 against ₵5,427.24 for the single £500 code. One pesewa.
Don't carry that rule to every card. On Apple a bigger dollar voucher pays a higher rate per dollar, so splitting a $500 balance into five $100 codes costs you ₦4,655. Our full pound list keeps face value and unit price in separate columns for exactly this reason.
The ceiling test matters more on a travel card. A £500 Airbnb voucher is the biggest number on the board, so it's the one fake vendors quote most often. Our scam guide walks through the fee tricks in detail.
The Naira view also prints a marker of ₦1,330 per $1. That marker is a dollar figure, and nothing on the pound column is measured against it. Compare pound cards with pound cards, and check the cedis column separately.
Not at a printed rate. The band opens at £100, so a £50 code has no row on the board. Hold it, combine it with another code if the issuer allows, or ask for a manual quote before you send the number. H&M and Matalan carry the same £100 floor.
A £200 voucher fetches ₦247,342.80 in Nigeria and ₵2,170.90 in Ghana. Both come from the top of the band, so the payout climbs in a straight line with face value.
No. The board lists Airbnb in pounds only, £100 to £500, so a dollar or euro voucher has no printed row. Check the rates page before you promise anyone a number.
Yes. Ghana rates run from ₵1,085.45 at £100 to ₵5,427.24 at £500, and MoMo payouts usually land inside 30 minutes in Accra or Kumasi.
Start with the rates page to see today's £100 to £500 band, then open the Airbnb card page once your code is in hand. If you're weighing a different pound card, the All in 1 breakdown shows what second place pays today.
