Sephora is the highest beauty row on the Ghana board. It pays ₵8.73 for every dollar of face value, which places it eighth among the twenty brands quoted in dollars and ahead of Macy, Gamestop, Target and every console and platform card on the list.
There's no Sephora counter in Ghana to spend one in, so the cards here arrive as gifts from relatives abroad or through cross-border orders. If you're holding one, here's what it's worth this week, what it outranks, and what gets a submission refused.

One band, opening at $100. Sephora doesn't quote anything below that on the board, so a smaller card needs a direct quote instead of a table lookup.
The band runs linear, which keeps the arithmetic simple. ₵4,363.33 divided by $500 gives ₵8.7267, the same unit rate you get from ₵872.67 divided by $100. A $200 card pays ₵1,745.33, a $300 card pays ₵2,618.00, and a $400 card pays ₵3,490.66. Nothing steps up or down as the balance grows.
Keep the country switcher in mind before you write any figure down. The Nigeria view and the Ghana view carry the same 28 brands, but the per-dollar numbers differ, and only the Nigeria view prints a USD reference line. A cedi total and a naira total aren't measured on the same basis, so keep each in its own column.
The fair comparison is a $200 card, because that amount falls inside every band quoted below.

Lululemon and Nordstrom lead Sephora by ₵0.47 per dollar, which works out to ₵93.08 on a $200 card. Footlocker is tighter, ₵23.27 ahead at the same size. The gaps widen below Sephora. Macy and Gamestop trail by ₵46.54, Target by ₵372.34, Amazon by ₵605.05, and Xbox by ₵944.81. Identical face value, same country, and the brand on the front is the only variable.
Top to bottom, the same $200 of face value swings 2.46 times, from Apple at ₵1,971.06 down to Xbox at ₵800.52. That's the whole reason to price everything you hold before you sell any of it.
One detail in the table is worth spelling out. The $200 column takes whichever band contains $200 and applies that band's rate. Amazon proves the point: a $200 Amazon card is priced off the $100 to $500 band at ₵5.70, not the ₵5.82 its smaller band pays.
On the board itself, Sephora sits between Roblox and Target. Roblox is a gaming platform, Target is a US retailer, and both are quoted in dollars. The listing isn't sorted by category, so a brand next to Sephora on the page tells you nothing about what Sephora is worth.
Sephora pays ₵8.73 and Macy pays ₵8.49, and against the console and platform cards both clear the field. Steam is the strongest of that group at ₵7.21. PlayStation follows at ₵6.98, Google Play at ₵6.40, Roblox at ₵5.82, and Xbox at ₵4.00. Sephora clears Steam, the best of them, by ₵1.51 per dollar, which is ₵302.52 on a $200 balance.
The gap is widest against console cards. Xbox sits 54 percent below Sephora on unit rate. A $200 Xbox card pays ₵800.52 where the same Sephora card pays ₵1,745.33, a ₵944.81 difference for the same money spent on the card.

Four problems cause most refusals on beauty cards.
A partly spent balance is the most common. A Sephora card loads once, and a drained card shows as soon as anyone checks it. Confirm the full figure and keep a screenshot, the way this balance check sets out. That screenshot answers most questions before they turn into a refused submission.
The currency comes next. The Ghana board prices Sephora in dollars only, with no pound or euro row, so the card you send has to be a US dollar card. If it came from abroad, check the issuing country before you submit.
Shared codes are the third. Once a code has been photographed into a WhatsApp group, anyone who saw it can spend the balance. Keep it private until the sale closes. This is the same trap the Sephora exchange notes warn about.
The last one is harder to spot: a card funded by a stolen payment method. When the original buyer disputes the charge, the balance can be pulled back and the payout reversed. A clean receipt story clears verification faster.
Payouts land in MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money, or a bank transfer into your own account.
