That gap is the whole story here. Six gaming cards carry a printed rate today, and which one you hold decides more about your payout than the dollar rate ever will. What each gaming card pays for $100

Razer Gold sits on top at ₦105,256. Xbox sits at the bottom with ₦45,833. In cedis the same spread runs from ₵921.21 down to ₵401.14.

Look at how they group. Razer, Steam, PlayStation and Google Play cluster between ₦73,280 and ₦105,256, all within ₦32,000 of each other. Then the floor drops out. Roblox at ₦66,618 and Xbox at ₦45,833 form a second tier, and stepping from Google Play down to Xbox costs you ₦27,447 on the same $100 card.

Why Razer pays 2.3 times what Xbox pays

Razer Gold trades at ₦1,052.56 for every dollar of face value. Xbox trades at ₦458.33. That's 2.3 times more money for the identical $100.

The reason isn't a mystery. Razer Gold credit turns into in-game currency that resells fast, and buyers in Lagos and Accra keep asking for it. Xbox credit is locked to a Microsoft account and a store region, which narrows who can spend it, so the rate comes down.

Razer is the best payer among gaming cards, but it isn't the best on the whole board. Apple and iTunes pay ₦111,918 for a $100 card, which is ₦1,119.18 per dollar. one4all and offgamers sit above Razer too. Razer's ₦1,052.56 puts it level with Lululemon and Nordstrom, so if you happen to be holding one of those as well, the order to sell in is Apple first, then one4all, offgamers, and finally the ₦1,052.56 group.

Every one of the six is a single band, so $200 pays exactly double

None of these cards jumps to a better or worse rate at a higher face value. Each prints one band: Razer from $5 to $500, Steam and PlayStation and Xbox from $10 to $500, Google Play and Roblox from $50 to $500. One band means one rate all the way through.

That's why $200 pays exactly twice what $100 pays. Steam is ₦82,606 at $100 and ₦165,212 at $200. No rounding tricks, no bonus for size.

The naira reference line today is ₦1,332 to the dollar. No gift card on our board reaches that number. The best a $100 card does is Apple and iTunes at ₦111,918, which is 84.0% of the line. Razer, the best gaming card, reaches 79%. Apple does climb with size, up to ₦1,128.50 per dollar from $150 upward, but a $100 Apple card can't get there.

So when someone on WhatsApp offers ₦1,250 for every dollar on a Razer card, do the arithmetic. That's ₦125,000 for a $100 card, 19% above what Razer actually pays and 94% of the official dollar rate. Nobody buys at that price. The offer exists to get your code first.

The same test works in cedis. ₵921.21 is what $100 of Razer pays today. An offer of ₵1,100 for that card is 19% over the top of the market, and the money usually doesn't arrive.
